1.No Disrespecting Other Members.
Pretty straight forward. This forum was designed to help and support people suffering from Depression or Anxiety. It is not a forum to disrespect others or to start picking fights.
Members found to be doing any of these things will be banned indefinitely. No warnings.

2.No Sexually Explicit Material Allowed.
No chatter of this is allowed throughout the forum. This also includes photographs of any sort. Members found to be breaching this policy will have 3 warnings. After the 3rd warning the member will be banned indefinitely.

3.No Bagging of other Forums.
There are many forums out there that support and help people. These range in a number of things. Please refrain from dis-respecting these forums as I do not want to be on the receiving end of an email. And thread started on this topic will be automatically deleted.

4.No Business Promoting/Spamming.
Please do not promote your business unless you have authority from either a senior moderator or Administrator.

5.No Images in Posts/Threads.
As I am just starting out this forum, it is on a free term. Due to this I do not have the space to allow images as yet. If the forum picks up enough I will be updating the server to which I can update things and images will be allowed.

6.This is a Public Forum.
Please remember this is a public forum. Even though outside people cannot see posts in certain sections, I cannot stop people from registering under alias names and gaining that access. Things you say on this forum can be accessed by anyone, so please think before you type.

8.Administrator and Moderators
We are only human as well. We are taking the time out of our private lives to run a supportive forum. At the end of the day we have the final say in all matters concerned. We are very approachable people and if at any time you wish to bring a matter forward do not hesitate to ask.

9. Warnings/Bannings
Members will be given 3 warnings via PM.
If after the third warning you're still not being co-operative you will be banned indefinitely.

10. Posting Requirement
It is a strict condition of the forum to A) - post a brief introduction about yourself and why you joined the board on joining and B) - to post once a month. This is done so that ALL members feel comfortable sharing and supporting others and to prevent lurkers joining out of curiosity
