I just want to get Member's opinions on this.

As this is quite a personal forum, to stop lurkers I don't want members joining, and then not posting but still be able to have access iykwim.

So was just wondering would everyone prefer a certain amount of time ie.limit for members to post in if they haven't posted before?

bumping this as the Mods will be making a decision in the next few days about regular posting requirements and we would rather make a decision based on member input rather than a flat out decision
feel free to PM you reasons to the Mods if you prefer Smile

the Mods have unanimously decided to amend the forum rules as such

10. Posting Requirement

It is a strict condition of the forum to A) - post a brief introduction about yourself and why you joined the board on joining and B) - to post once a month. This is done so that ALL members feel comfortable sharing and supporting others and to prevent lurkers joining out of curiosity
this rule is NOT negotiable as there was no feedback from general members.
If you do not think you can comply with this rule, then this is maybe not the forum for you
